• Kreative Kidz Partyz is West Plano’s best kept secret! I rarely have time to write reviews but I read them. In this particular instance I had to make an exception. Being a fulltime working mother of young children with a passion of throwing birthday parties for my children that are (1) kid-friendly (2) fun (3) all inclusive and (4) filled with perfect details. I searched for venue that would meet my expectations. Kreative Kidz Partyz in West Plano exceeded my expectations. They offer an array of birthday themes; the staff (from the front desk receptionist to the owner, Neeta) is very organized, professional, well mannered, detail oriented, and kind people. The customer service I received was outstanding. The staff call/email in advance to help you make the necessary arrangements in preparation for the party. On the day of the party, I arrived with children in tow, the staff asked for my car keys and helped unload the additional party articles I brought from home. At the end of the party, before I was done with the checkout process, all my personal belongings, leftover party articles, and birthday gifts were already packed in my car and ready to go. The birthday cake from their baker was well decorated, tasty, and affordable. The hosts successfully kept our large group of party mates engaged and entertained. We had a blast! • I can't say enough wonderful things about Kreative Kidz! I had my eldest daughter's birthday party there in June 2014. Because I was going to be out of town up until the day of the party, I needed as much of the party planning done by someone else. They did it all for me! All we did was show up and have fun! The staff & hostesses really did an excellent job taking care of all the details AND entertaining the kids. No one wanted to leave and our friends were impressed as well. It was such an awesome experience that I booked my other daughter's party this past December and it was just as much fun and flawless as the first! What I love is that they do as much as you need them to do and there's so many options! We have had friends have parties there after coming to ours. It is a wonderful experience and I'd highly recommend them over and over again!

• This venue was amazing!!! I don't usually write reviews... I read them but hardly ever take the time to write one. I had to make an exception here!! While trying to come up with a creative birthday party to celebrate our daughter's 4th birthday we set out to find a private venue where the kiddos could run freely and parents could relax without worrying about where their child was or who they were interacting with. I found this place online and stopped in for a visit! There was another party about to start but the staff there were very friendly and inviting. Upon entering, we were greeted with a fresh clean aroma to match the pristine presentation of this establishment! It wasn't until we booked our Princess and Pirates themed date I had the pleasurable experience of their professionalism, thoroughness, and impeccable planning process. The contract was explained in detail and every detail was clear. We arrived a little early thinking we needed to "set up" ...Oh no! We brought in our cake, drinks, and arranged for pizza delivery. The gracious staff took our things, asked us for a few details about how we wanted candles arranged on the cake but otherwise, we were told "we'll take care of it" and they certainly did!!! Unfortunately, my planning wasn't as "impeccable!" If you've ever planned a scheduled party, you know there are bound to be some late comers. So I asked our guest to arrive at 4pm for a 4:30pm party. ALL of our guest arrived on time... that has never happened!!! No worries, because Mrs. Neeta and her gracious staff went out of their way to accommodate by allowing our party to start 20 minutes earlier!! Our daughter and her friends had an amazing time with the delightful character hostess. They kept all of the children engaged in every activity. The kiddo's and their parents had a wonderful time. We added on the face painter, Sparkle, who was awesome! Some of the adults even treated themselves to some facial art!!! The event was well planned and very organized. Our daughter raved about her party all night. According to her it was the "best birthday she'd ever had" ...she's turning 4!!!! However, we are raising a genius.... She was absolutely correct!!! With the variety of add on party features they offer, we can have her party there from now until her 18th and be assured it would be the most memorable party ever!!! From the all-inclusive price to the joy of not having to clean up behind a bunch of little ones, I would highly recommend Kreative Kidz Partyz for your child's next party!!

• We had our daughter's birthday party here and it was a little girl's dream celebration. The place was decorated beautifully and the hosts made her feel so special. The kids had a blast with the activities and games. It was so nice to have a party planner to take care of every detail of our party; I didn't have to worry about anything. I will definitely come back next year and will recommend it to all my friends.
