Policies

Kreative Kidz Partyz prides itself in the top quality parties and the attention to detail. Our policies are designed to deliver and create a memorable and stress-free party for the guest of honor and parents. To ensure our parties are focused on your child, we strictly adhere to the following practices in order to make this a special day as stress-free for everyone involved...

  • A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking a party. Camp deposits are also non-refundable. Deposit price depends on whether you choose a standard or a premium theme and the age of the birthday child.
  • All deposits are non-refundable. We understand children can get sick, and therefore you can postpone your party one time. We will gladly work with you to find an alternate party date on a Friday! If you choose to cancel our services for ANY reason, your deposit is forfeited. Deposits cannot be applied to other services or merchandise.
  • If a party date needs to be changed for reasons other than inclement weather or family emergency, the client is responsible for paying another deposit fee to Kreative Kidz Partyz, due to loss revenue.
  • Deposits due may be paid in the form of cash or credit card. The remaining balance must be paid in full by the end of the party. For final balance payment, we accept cash and/or a credit card at the end of the party.
  • A final headcount is required five business days before the date of your party.
  • The package price is for 12 children, plus the birthday child. There is an additional charge of $20 for each extra guest plus tax.
  • If a child participates in any way such as being in the bounce house, dressing up, or taking part in any activities regardless of age, he or she will be included in the guest count.
  • If less than 12 children attend the party, the package price remains the same.
  • We are able to customize our parties for you by accommodating more children, adding food service, or adding other premium services. Fees are additional to the basic package and payment will be taken during the selection appointment for any additional services.
  • If serving anything other than cake, pizza or drinks, an additional service fee of $25 per food item (up to 2 items) will be charged. If serving unlimited food there will be an 18% gratuity assessed to the total bill plus the charge of catering set up & cleanup of $175.
  • A cancellation fee will be assessed if an additional premium service is cancelled within 14 business days of the date of event. The cancellation fee assessed is 50% of the cost of the booked service due to loss of expected revenue.
  • All party decor is owned by Kreative Kidz Partyz and will not be distributed to the birthday child or party. This includes but is not limited to accessories, table decorations, balloons and costumes.
  • KKP's hosts are not licensed characters. KKP will do their best to provide characters as close as possible to the licensed characters requested.
  • Parents and other adults are welcome to stay. Siblings need to be supervised with adults, unless they are guests of the party.
  • If serving food and/or the number of bodies exceeds 38 in the cake room, there will be an additional fee assessed starting at $60. The fee assessed depends on the number adults in attendance. The fee is for set-up and clean-up in the bounce house room. Fire Marshall Code
  • Party doors are unlocked 5 minutes before party time. Our parties are packed with fun and follow a schedule. Guests who arrive late may join the party at whatever point the party has progressed.
  • Gift opening is not included in the allotted party time. Gifts are packaged and placed in your car unopened.
  • The party date and time is not guaranteed until the full NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT amount is made to Kreative Kidz Partyz. Upon paying the deposit you agree to the terms & conditions of Kreative Kidz Partyz agreement which includes full cost of party charged 14 business days of cancellation.
  • In the event of an illness or death in the family, KKP will work with the client on rescheduling a Friday party ONLY, within 30 days of your original party date. Kreative Kidz Partyz will require documentation.
  • If cancelling/rescheduling the party date for reasons other than inclement weather or family emergency 21 business days or closer, a fee of $150 will be charged.
  • If cancelling/rescheduling the party date for reasons other than inclement weather or family emergency 14 business days or closer, the cost of the full party & the full cost of any additional services added will be charged.
  • If the party date is switched for reasons other than inclement weather or family emergency, you will be held responsible for paying another deposit fee to Kreative Kidz Partyz.
  • Please note Kreative Kidz parties are 90 minutes in duration, plus an additional 10 minutes to pack up, unless otherwise specified. A $45 fee will be assessed for every 10 minutes thereafter.
  • An automatic 18% gratuity will be added to our birthday party packages.
  • We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and cash. No checks, please.
