Booking and Selection

Q. How do I know if my date is available?

A. Call or email our office and speak to our event coordinators! They would be happy to check availability for you.


Q. How far in advance should I book my party?

A. As soon as you know you’d like to have a party with us, we recommend booking your party. Our dates and times can fill up months in advance when we’re busy, and since we’re a private venue, dates and time slots are first come, first served.


Q. How do I book a party?

A. To hold the date and time you want, we require a non-refundable deposit. This deposit depends on which theme/age package you’ve selected. You can place your deposit via phone or in person with one of our event coordinators! Once you place your deposit, we’ll schedule your Selection Appointment, where you’ll meet with an event coordinator to plan every detail of your party!


Q. Can I do my selection appointment over the phone? What about on the weekend?

A. We do not do phone appointments except in extenuating circumstances such as out of state clients, personal emergency, etc. We like to meet with you in person to plan the best party possible for your child’s special day! We do not take appointments on weekends because there are parties going on, and we want to give each client 100% of our attention to their needs.


Q. Do you offer home/off-site parties?

A. At this time, we are not offering off-site parties.


Q. Can I tour your venue? Do I need an appointment?

A. Absolutely! We invite you to stop by - we’d love to show you around. We recommend that you come by for your tour between 10 am and 6 pm Tuesday through Friday when there are no parties going on, but you can stop by on weekends as well. No appointment is necessary for tours or to place a deposit.
